32種類のスパイスと新鮮な野菜をじっくり煮込み、独自のレシピで他にはない深い味わいのカレーを作り上げています。韓国で初めて提供する丸ごと牛タンカレーをはじめ、麻婆カレーやカレー担々麺など、従来の枠にとらわれない新しいカレーメニューを季節ごとに展開しています。また、汝矣島（ヨイド）の「The Hyundai Seoul」では、ハンバーグステーキをテーマにした特別なカレーを提供し、同じカレーでも異なる魅力と体験をお楽しみいただけます。CURRY SHOP MAPLEは、一皿のカレーを通して新しい食の楽しさと特別な体験をお届けします。

At CURRY SHOP MAPLE, we create our signature curry using a carefully crafted blend of 32 spices and fresh vegetables, resulting in a unique flavor that is both rich and distinctive. Each season, we introduce new and creative dishes that challenge conventional curry culture, including Korea’s first Whole Beef Tongue Curry, Mapo Curry, and Curry Tantanmen. At The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, we also present a different style of curry centered around our Hamburg Steak concept, offering guests an entirely new culinary experience.
